Element92 Resources, Corp., is a Wyoming registered public company currently trading on the OTC BB (ELRE). The Company has signed a binding agreement to acquire mining assets and will change its name after closing to Yin Fu Gold. Through its wholly owned subsidiary companies, Yin Fu Gold owns 100% of Penglai Yinfu Mining Consulting Company Ltd, which controls three gold mining and exploration concessions in Shandong Province, China called Penglai, Wendeng and Rongcheang.

Penglai and Wengdeng gold mines are active and process 600 tons per day of ore, producing gold from shafts within the Shandong properties. These tunnels have more sites ready from where the company can increase production. In the short term, the company plans to increase production from the two mines up to 6000 tons of ore per day.
